Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain professional in Order Fulfillment for the America region. In this role, you will focus on planning and scheduling orders that can be complex or have very high customer satisfaction. This role not only requires handling customer orders for tactical and seamless execution, but also inspires you to be curious, creative and persistent to drive results in managing a new SAP Available-to-Promise project. You will lead and influence the global Order Fulfillment Analysts, CM, IT and System Consultants.
Responsibilities
+ Work with Buyers to track the supply and lead-time of Purchased items to support the due backlog.
+ Manage all aspects of the backlog for Sales Conversions, Dead on Arrival orders, and Fix It orders to ensure timely closure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
+ Communicates directly with customer facing team (Order Management) on order issues, expedite requests, potential risks to closure dates, and customer escalations.
+ Create and update documented business controls or functional policies in the form of ISO procedures or desktop work instructions.
+ Host meetings as Program Manager for SAP Available-to-Promise Project. This role requires you to have full curiosity to root cause issues, follow up the actions by influencing the cross-functional team to drive the desired results against project timeline and budget.
Job Requirements
+ Minimum 5 years of applicable experience required, including Supply Chain Planning and manufacturing operations.
+ Strong Supply Chain End-to-End Process knowledge and preferred experience using Oracle ERP systems.
+ Have project management knowledge and experience in making the projects successful.
+ Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Have curiosity and sense of urgency to deliver results within deadlines.
Education
+ Bachelor's or master’s degree in Industry Engineering, Supply Chain Management, business or other relevant majors.
Interaction
+ This individual must work effectively with Staff to Senior management levels.
+ The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert on team projects.
+ This individual must demonstrate the ability to collaborate and influence in day-to-day activities.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 97,750 - 145,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
