Come be a part of an Aftermarket Sales team that is responsible for selling Bell's portfolio of products & services across the globe\. You'll work with key accounts, private, VIP, para\-public, HEM's, and foreign miliary customers\. This role will be an integral part of the commercial business to drive sales & future growth\. You'll be able to utilize your business skills across multiple functional departments including pricing, contracts, engineering, manufacturing, legal, marketing, procurement, and finance while gaining experience in leadership and communication\. **What you'll be doing as an Associate Sales Representative for Key Accounts**
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving aftermarket sales growth initiatives\. You will be responsible for reporting key performance indicators \(KPIs\) related to the sales funnel, and providing essential support to the business development team, Customer Service Facilities \(CSF\), and Aircraft Maintenance Centers \(AMC\) partners\. Your key responsibilities will include:
Meeting sales targetsCommunicating sales growth strategies and their initiativesSupporting new capture of sustainment plans & renewals, and assuring customer data integrityManaging customer orders and product informationPreparing for quarterly customer business reviewsProviding comprehensive support to customers by understanding their requirements, communicating effectively, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill their orders accurately and efficientlyAssisting with the coordination of meetings, location selection, and appropriate presentation contentTravel up to 35% to perform on\-site customer visits & trade show attendance when needed\.

What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or related field\.Some Aviation experience preferredCRM expeience, preferrably SalesforceStrong skills in Excel are a must\. Must be familiar with Visual ERP, SAP, & Microsoft Office suite\.Experience in business development, new product development, contract review, and compliance is a plus\.Prior Bell/Textron internship preferred **What we offer you in return**
