    JOB SUMMARY:

    This internship will place the ideal candidate in a role working with the entire Textron Aviation team\. Given real, business\-driven work, interns will help support the business while gaining exposure to different fields\.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

    + Currently in the military, with the ability to participate in the SkillBridge program

    + Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification\.

    QUALIFICATONS:

    + Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

    + Strong sense of accountability and integrity

    + Creative thinker and action\-oriented

    + Must have ability to maintain confidentiality
