    **Sodexo** is seeking a **General Manager 2** for **UNC Johnston Clayton Hospital** located in **Clayton, NC** . UNC Johnston Clayton Hospital is a licensed 50 bed modern hospital. Centrally located right outside of the Raleigh-Durham area! A great opportunity to live in North Carolina's capital, known for its booming food scene and family friendly environment. **The General Manager 2** will be responsible for daily operations of patient services, retail cafe, and catering. This director position will support a team of 25 frontline associates. Culinary experience a plus.

    What You Bring

    + have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;

    + has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;

    + has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

    + can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and

    + can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
