    Role Overview

    **Sodexo Energy & Resource** is seeking an experienced **Operations Manager I, Multi-Service** to support a key client in **Port Arthur, TX** .     What You'll Do

    + manage building maintenance functions to include but not limited to custodial/maintenance (HVAC) as well as managing work orders/CMMS

    + oversee and coordinate projects

    + build and maintain client and team member relationships

    + have budgetary oversight of some services

    + manage QA and Safety

    Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
