Role Overview

**Sodexo Energy & Resource** is seeking an experienced **Operations Manager I, Multi-Service (Facilities Management)** to support a key client in **Portland, OR** . Sodexo Energy & Resource teams deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to diverse locations. From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs.

What You'll Do

+ Oversee daily operations and safety of facilities services by delegating tasks, assigning priorities, and monitoring performance against operating standards.

+ Identify and address potential issues, updating the manager on progress and using Sodexo resources when needed.

+ Provide constructive feedback to employees, rewarding, coaching, and motivating to foster growth and improve performance.

+ Assist in developing new services for clients and implement those programs effectively.

+ Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain a safe work environment, and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

What You Bring

+ Experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation)

+ Knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo)

+ Project and events management experience

+ Experience overseeing a team

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
