    Sodexo Is #Hiring our **Facilities Engineering Operations Manager for Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY.** Our successful candidate will be experienced with hands on Integrated Facilities Management, delegating project to skilled trades, and managing multiple mechanical and engineering priorities simultaneously. Strong integrated facilities management expertise and professional polish are required for success in the role. This role will lead our cohesive team of 35 skilled trades and grounds professionals.

    What You'll Do

    + Train our skilled trades team of 35 on safety and operations procedures

    + Develop additional standard operational procedures - as needed

    + Recognized great performance frequently

    + Lead the development and adherence to Sodexo standard operational procedures

    + Provide supportive collaboration, technical training and develop accountability skills

    + Keep our client's request as top of mind - with a "Can Do" attitude, leading with service spirit

    + Technical competence in the facilities skills, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction - hands on professional experience to lead operations and train all skilled trades in integrated facilities management, working on projects with Construction Professionals

    + Focus on details to the intricacies of integrated facilities management, including scope of work, managing pre-work orders, preparation for flawless execution on repairs with consistent and detailed communication with our clients, customers, and skilled trades team

    Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
