As our Center Manager in Union, NJ, you’ll be the face of the brand, the heartbeat of the community, and the driver of transformational results. We’re looking for a high-energy, purpose-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment—and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, hit the mic, and inspire a room. What You’ll Do:

     

    + Coach & Inspire:

    + Lead 1–2 high-energy fitness classes per day (kickboxing, strength, HIIT-style)

    + Build community and connection through motivation, energy, and expert instruction

    + Model the MAX mission: fitness, nutrition, and unmatched support

    + Drive Growth & Sales:

    + Own the sales process from lead to conversion—calls, texts, tours, closes

    + Drive revenue through new enrollments, memberships, and upsells

    + Exceed monthly sales goals and earn commissions & bonuses for doing it!

    + Market Like a Pro:

    + Execute local marketing campaigns—grassroots to digital

    + Host in-center events, referral programs, and pop-ups in the community

    + Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and partners

    + Manage Day-to-Day:

    + Oversee staff, schedules, daily ops, and member engagement

    + Ensure every class and every visit is a 10/10 experience

    + Report key performance metrics to the leadership team

    What You Bring: • Experience in fitness, retail, or franchise management preferred

    • Charisma, confidence, and the ability to light up a room

    • Sales-minded mentality with proven track record of hitting goals

    • Passion for helping others live happier, healthier lives

    • CPR/AED certified (or willingness to obtain)

    • Group fitness certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days) What You’ll Get: • Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000 depending on experience
