Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **Men’s DAIP Group Co-Facilitator** to support our Domestic Abuse Intervention Program (DAIP). This role involves co-leading weekly group sessions for men, documenting participation and progress, and collaborating with probation officers to support participant accountability and growth.

What You'll Do:

+ Co-facilitate weekly DAIP group sessions using the established curriculum

+ Foster a respectful, accountable, and supportive group environment

+ Track attendance and participation, and assist in preparing progress reports

+ Participate in monthly information-sharing calls with probation officers

+ Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For:

+ Must be **18 years or older**

+ No diploma or prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

+ Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds

+ Must be **male** , per DAIP co-facilitation requirements (one male and one female facilitator per group)

Group is held 3 times per week (candidates can be available for 1 or all 3)

+ Monday - 5:30pm - 7:00pm

+ Wednesday - 6:00pm - 7:30pm

+ Thursday - 11:00am - 12:30pm
