    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Activities Department! As a member of our team, you'll be the life of the party, hosting fun events in the pool, starting impromptu games of dodgeball, and creating a summer of memories for our members and our ambassadors.  As a member of our team, you will do what it takes to make every moment a great moment for our members and their guests.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of our building, surrounding area, and 6 parks.

    + Create fun and memorable moments for members and coworkers through engaging activities and events.

    + Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and outgoing personality.

    + Maintain a positive mindset with a can-do attitude, contributing to a positive work environment.

    + Ensure safety procedures are followed during recreational activities.

    + Assist with the setup and execution of events, providing excellent customer service to all guests.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    + Positive mindset with a can-do attitude.

    + Knowledge of recreational activities and safety procedures.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ( with or without accommodations)

    +   Ability to lift 50 lbs.

    + Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, e-mail, etc.

    +  Ability to sit for up to 3 hours at a time

    +  Ability to walk and stand up to 3 hours at a time

    + Ability to run, jump, and swim

    +  Ability to safely bend, kneel, twist, grip, and carry as part of the above duties

     

    Wages: $17.00 - $24.50 per hour
