    **Are you passionate about wellness, communications, and making a meaningful impact?** HealthFitness is looking for a full-time **Wellness Coordinator** to join the team at a our client site in **Juno Beach, FL** . If you have a sharp eye for detail and thrive in project management and communications, this is your chance to shine! In this role, you'll lead the coordination of impactful health promotion programs and play a key role in crafting engaging digital content—including wellness newsletters and Stall Talks—to support the well-being of the entire employee population.

    Schedule & Location

    + **Hours:** Full-time, 40 hours/week

    + **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM _(Flexibility required for occasional early or late shifts to support special events or provide site coverage.)_

    + **Work Environment:** 100% on-site

    + Primary location: **Juno Beach, FL**

    + Occasional coverage: Secondary site in **Palm Beach Gardens, FL**

    Your Impact:

    + Coordinate Wellness Programs and Fitness Center Management at one or client locations. Including all digital communications, Newsletters and Stall Talks.

    + Create monthly operations reports and HFC reports.

    + Maintain accurate member files and program participations records.

    + Coordinate effective delivery of business plan activities and programs supporting goals and objectives.

    + Conduct fitness assessments and exercise prescriptions, as necessary.

    + Interact with fitness members on fitness floor during peak usage times.

    + Support ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of health-related programs.

    + Assist with site and community events such as as green markets, benefits fairs, safety expo, etc.

    + Engage in frequent and regular interactions with employees at respective sites.

    + Other duties as needed/assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Communications, Marketing or related discipline along with 2+ years related experience **_OR_** the equivalent combination of education, industry certifications and experience.

    + OSHA compliant Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute.

    + Some experience in leading, coordinating and delivering effective programs including budgeting, marketing, and promotions.

    + Excellent Oral, Written and Presentation skills.

    + Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.

    + Ability to effectively facilitate team and customer meetings. Team skills, processes, and communication.

    + Organizational skills.

    + Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

    + Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.

    + Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

     

    Compensation: $50k - $58k/Year. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
