    Hiring for a Professional Security Flex Officer – Full Time/Part Time

    **Location covers:** Edwardsville, Pontoon Beach, Granite City, and Sauget areas.

     

    Rate: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

    _Available shifts for Security Officers will generally include 2nd shift and/or 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays._

     

    Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are currently not available.

    Position Requirements:

    + Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois.

    + Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record, **required** . **(All our positions will include driver certification).**

    + Have reliable transportation (Many locations public transportation is **NOT** available).

    + Have reliable working communication device ( _cell phone_ ).

    + Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, **including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are used)** and background investigation.

    + Must have a High School Diploma or GED **or** be willing to complete the GED program within six months.

    + Average to above average computer skills needed.

    + Have the legal right to work in the United States.

    + Ability to speak, read, and write English.

    + Have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.

    + Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.

    + Be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + Have great attention to detail.

    + Be comfortable completing various duties.
