About the Role:
The Frontline System Manager delivers the strategic focus needed to manage a portfolio of products. Through leadership and technical expertise, the manager ensures systems and operations assigned to Frontline Systems meet organizational goals and objectives, while providing support to product owners in Enterprise Operations as needed. Using a multiple-discipline approach, manages department functions including daily operations, data integrity, assessments, compliance, upgrades, re-engineering, reporting, projects, vendor relationships, and company communications, to ensure lending data quality and end-user effectiveness. Identify problems and recommend/implement solutions to improve accuracy, productivity, and cost-savings for all aspects of the organization. Answer calls and/or respond to emails.
+ Responsible for managing multiple products (including lending, deposit, and associate tools) and identification of interdependency between systems. Engage with Enterprise Portfolio Management Office supporting the Portfolio Management Life Cycle for assigned products.
+ Responsible for defining and communicating project plans, milestones, service level agreements, resource allocation and other related topics. Develop and review projects to ensure compliance with goals and objectives, including allocation of shared resources (e.g., Budgets, Teams)
+ Facilitate regular written and verbal communication with executives, department heads, end users, and other pertinent staff regarding systems activities.
+ Oversee department operational planning including business requirements, system security, data recovery, lending data integrity, project planning, organizing, and resource allocation.
+ Perform complex analytical systems development tasks to determine productivity levels, resolve system failures, and determine upgrade requirements. Make recommendations to enhance system infrastructure and improve quality of information and service.
+ Develop and monitor systems functions including implementation, testing, upgrades, re-engineering, and compliance, to ensure efficiency and data quality that supportdepartmental processes and strategic vision. Collaborate with Organization Change Management and Business lines to support adoption and ongoing alignment.
+ Oversee backup of computer systems and data recovery procedures. Address any downtime or system failures immediately.
+ Supervise support processes to ensure regulation adherence. Ensure policies and procedures are documented, compliant, and updated. Responsible for implementing corrective measures in response to internal and external examination/review findings.
+ Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
+ Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation P, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
+ May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, MIS, or related area
+ 2-4 years of supervisory/management experience, with proven skills in coaching,
+ 4-7 years of technical bank operations or lending experience. Required
+ 2-3 years of Project Mgt, Program Mgt, or Agile Product Management. Required
+ performance management, and employee development. Required
+ Intermediate reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
+ Strong verbal communication skills.
+ Requires the ability to multi-task and work with over 25 software applications.
+ Requires intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and banking software.
+ Learns Bank's processes and procedures for a variety of bank operation functions and selling Bank products and services through on the job cross-training activities and formalized training classes.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including basewagesand comprehensive benefits. Thepayrange for this role is$81,000.00 - $120,000.00and the pay rate fortheselected candidate isdependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The rolemay beeligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
