We are currently seeking a board certified/board eligible Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in York, PA.
What you can expect at your practice:
+ Full-time position for Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at York Hospital supporting busy 44-bed Level III NICU
+ Schedule requires 24-hour call shifts, averaging approximately thirteen 24-hour shifts in an 8-week period
+ Join a collaborative group of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners allowing for NNP autonomy with full neonatology support
+ Opportunity to work with ELGAN patients
+ Utilize resources such as jet & oscillator ventilators, in-unit lactation counselors, in-unit respiratory therapists, and in-unit pharmacists
+ Receive support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology
+ Candidate experience is a positive although providers are willing to train new NNPs to become confident, independent practitioners
