    Job Summary

    The Corporate Insurance Analyst I is responsible for assisting the Corporate Insurance team in day-to-day support of system-wide insurance programs for property, casualty and professional liability.

    Qualifications

    + Education: High School or GED required. 2 Year / Associate Degree preferred.

    + Experience: No previous property casualty experience required. Experience in healthcare setting, business or insurance office preferred .

    + Licensure/Certification: CISR preferred.

    + Additional Skills (required):

    + Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn additional software programs and applications. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Willingness to participate in department and other continuing education as required to perform specific job functions.

    + Additional Skills (preferred): Previous work within an insurance agency/brokerage firm, insurance company or medical office setting.
