Off Road Truck Driver

PeopleReady is hiring skilled **Off-Road Truck Drivers** to operate heavy-duty trucks in non-public, rugged environments such as construction sites, mining operations, quarries, and landfills. This role involves hauling materials safely across rough terrain and assisting with general site operations as needed.

Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as an Off Road Truck Driver:

+ Operate off-road dump trucks, haul trucks, or articulated trucks on unpaved surfaces

+ Transport materials such as dirt, rock, gravel, or construction debris

+ Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections

+ Navigate slopes, uneven surfaces, and confined spaces with precision

+ Communicate with site supervisors and other drivers to coordinate safe travel paths

+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

+ Record load information and report any mechanical issues

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Valid driver's license (CDL not always required for off-road, but preferred in some roles)

+ Previous experience operating off-road or heavy-duty trucks (1+ years preferred)

+ Comfortable driving in rugged, uneven terrain and under variable weather conditions

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor if required

+ Strong attention to safety and communication
