    **Wage** - $18.47 per hour

    **Schedule –** Part Time, 5hr shifts, Monday – Friday

    **What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible for a variety of human resources and wellness duties in compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and Management & Training Corporation (MTC) directives.

    Essential functions:

    1. Maintain records and files, and appropriate office supplies.

    2. Provide follow up correspondence to applicants and agencies regarding employment status.

    3. Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation and transcription of correspondence, reports, and other documents.

    4. Receive telephone calls and visitors; tactfully refer them to proper individual if administrator is not available.

    5. Maintain a calendar of events, schedules, and appointments.

    6. Create weekly intake lists for providers and assist with intake procedures.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + One (1) year of related experience or training and, computer proficiency in a medical office setting preferred.

    + Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
