The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

RTX has a job opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst as part of our Technology and Transformation team in support of technology, automation, process improvement, compliance, material program management, learning and master data management at the enterprise level. The Technology and Transformation team supports Enterprise Services Procurement, Customs Operations, Strategic Affordability and Supplier Master Data teams. We work closely with the service areas to determine metrics and reporting, create dashboards, data cleanse and automate processes. This Supply Chain Analyst role will require a candidate to have an analytical mindset, be team-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a challenging, deadline driven environment. The selected individual must also demonstrate the ability to take ownership and be accountable through individual actions and teamwork, continually working toward the goal of improving processes and efficiency. This position requires building positive relationships with our internal and external customers, including RTX’s supply base.

What You Will Do

+ Develop and produce metrics and reports on a regular basis for consumption across all levels of the ES-SC organization

+ Assist with the maintenance of purchase order activities

+ Create ad-hoc reports to support team member’s needs for audits, management reviews and special projects

+ Serve on project teams to deploy metrics dashboards and reporting tools, partnering with IT

+ Create and deploy training supply chain information tool sets

+ Assist with process improvement projects and other special projects, as assigned

+ This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or related field

+ Familiarity with the use of SAP procurement software

+ 1+ years of experience in data analytics

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and integration capabilities between Microsoft 365 apps:

+ Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Forms

+ Ex. Using Power Automate to connect data from excel spreadsheets to populate SharePoint lists or route form submissions to designated people

Qualifications We Prefer

+ Experience using SAP (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects)

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, Macros, etc)

+ Strong communication skills

+ Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility to easily move between tasks

+ Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve goals

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
