Autodesk is a global leader in software for designers, engineers, builders, and creators. Our Design and Make Platform empowers our customers with the technology to create the world around us.

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Process Architect to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement quality of the data and establish clear data process, operational hygiene across lead-to-cash (L2C) systems. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and flow of data across GTM platforms—spanning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.

Preference for candidates in the Bay Area, California, but open to remote or near additional offices from Pacific to Eastern time zones in the US.

    Responsibilities

+ Design scalable, consistent data architecture standards, taxonomies, and process models across L2C systems (.COM, CRM, CPQ, ERP, Billing, Tax, Workday, ITSM)

+ Develop and maintain the enterprise data flow architecture, ensuring alignment with GTM business capabilities and system interoperability

+ Create process and data flow diagrams, architecture documentation, and integration blueprints to guide implementation teams

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, data gaps, and opportunities for automation and standardization

+ Lead and support architecture reviews, ensuring process and data models adhere to enterprise standards and drive measurable business outcomes

+ Provide guidance and governance for data quality, lineage, transformation logic, and compliance with security and privacy requirements

+ Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet both operational and strategic goals

+ Contribute to solution designs with Engineering, Product, and Business Ops teams, ensuring alignment with data and integration best practices

    Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA a plus)

+ 15+ years in GTM tech, IT, and business architecture with deep experience in system lifecycle management and enterprise infrastructure

+ Proven leadership of cross-functional architecture teams and influence at senior management levels

+ Expertise in end-to-end process automation and lead-to-cash integration

+ Strong track record in leading Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams through L2C transformation

+ Broad tech exposure across enterprise and startup environments

+ Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems for diverse audiences
