Here’s what you’d do:

The Associate Project Manager assists the project management team with construction documentation and construction management of large-scale site development projects.

You’d be responsible for:

+ Perform takeoffs using Onscreen Take-off (OST) and gather pricing for estimates

+ Review take-offs with estimating team

+ Manage document control including change orders, billings, field production tracking, purchasing documentation and contract administration

+ Prepare reports and information as requested

+ Coordinate between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basis

+ Work closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times

You might be a good fit if you have:

+ B.A in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management preferred

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction industry with field/build experience

+ Strong work ethic

+ Effective oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

+ Customer service experience

+ Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

+ Bilingual Spanish is a plus
