• Senior Manager, Warehouse And Logistics

    The Senior Manager, Warehouse and Logistics is responsible coordinating the warehousing, flow, and shipping of materials for the Logan Cytiva site. Recognized as a professional expert, leads a team and a very complex function, regularly influences senior management, and develops and implement systemwide strategic business plans for their organization.

     

    This position reports to the Senior Manager, Materials, Supply Chain and Logistics

     

    and is part of the Warehouse and Materials teams located in Logan, Utah and will be an on-site role .

    What you will do :

    + ​ ​ Lead and Manage Receiving, Distribution and Logistics associates & process to support the successful execution of operations across the business portfolios for Logan. ​

    + Manage the operational relationships with Cytiva’ s logistics partners to drive standardization and world class performance.

    + Responsible for effective Health, Safety and Environmental programs and practices, ensuring that high standards of site safety are established and met

    + Develop a strong relationship with business and cross functional operations teams to partner in driving key logistics and business KPI’s

    + Drive YOY cost reductions, inventory accuracy improvements, & on-time shipment performance

    + Strategically partners with logistics partners (both internal and external) to support customer on time delivery in full

    + Responsible for safety, quality, and inventory performance and productivity targets

    Who you are:

    + Minimum of 7-8 years in Operational environment in Warehouse and Logistics with a minimum of 5 years of people leader experience or bachelor's degree

    + ​ ​ Proven ability to manage complexity and prioritization. Improvise and dynamically lead the team through cross-functional collaboration, project management & problem -solving. ​

    + Oracle ERP Experience

    + Proficient Microsoft Excel capability and ability

    + ​ ​ Ability to travel 15% ​

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

    + Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

    + Possess APICS supply chain certification and project management experience
