Your role and responsibilities

* As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.

* SAP solution architects serve as the conduit between businesses and technology. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills, to craft adaptable, comprehensive suites appropriate for each client.

Your primary responsibilities include:

* Strategic Technical Solutions for Business Transformation: Working with a multi-disciplinary team to design technical solutions required to support business transformations and articulating proposed solutions in business terms demonstrating technical effectiveness.

* Project Management and Delivery Excellence: Managing or executing specific project deliverables and scope to ensure project schedules & timelines are respected.

* Architectural Guidance and Functional Specifications: Have architectural oversight to provide solutions, technical guidance and functional specifications based on business requirements.

* Continuous SAP Knowledge Expansion: You'll be able to expand your SAP knowledge base (in cooperation with SAP trainings)

Required technical and professional expertise

* (**Must be LOCAL to the Frisco, TX Client Office - TRAVEL IS NOT COVERED)

Experience:

* 8-10+ years of experience in SAP architecture and implementation.

* Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP projects and integrations.

Technical Skills:

* In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP FICO, and SAP MM.

* Experience with SAP integration tools and platforms.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software development practices.

Methodologies:

* Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

* Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Industry Experience: Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly within large-scale enterprises.

* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
