Come join our team in the role of TruChoice Engagement Lead! This position is remote in Wisconsin. This is an exciting new role where you can help us continue to grow.
What You'll Do:
TruChoice Business Planning and Training:
+ Develop a 3-year tactical plan to achieve 50% TruChoice penetration with Corteva Seed Customers across Minnesota and Wisconsin by 2028
+ Work closely with Crop Protection team to grow and support TruChoice penetration within Area of Focus.
+ Build effective and influential relationships with Targeted Audience members (ag. retailers and Corteva Seed Partners).
+ Promote & Support TruChoice penetration and sales growth activities with Targeted Audience members.
+ Improve collaboration and communication across retail partners and Pioneer sales professionals.
+ Work closely with Pioneer sales agencies to assist them with TruChoice and Corteva Crop Protection product knowledge.
+ Work closely with Brevant Sales Team members to assist them with TruChoice and Corteva Crop Protection product knowledge.
+ Support communication across internal Corteva teams to improve “One Corteva” mindset.
Corteva Crop Protection Product Support
+ Collaborate with MN WI Crop Protection team to support year-around business activities with Targeted Audience
+ Support new crop protection product launches and sales calendar activities.
Corteva Business Support
+ Effectively communicate opportunities and challenges to Minnesota and Wisconsin Team Members.
+ Develop understanding of Crop Protection team roles and responsibilities.
+ Develop understanding of Pioneer and Brevant product lines to assist cross-sell promotional efforts/working with Targeted Audience members.
What You'll Need:
+ Minimum of bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, in the following areas: Ag Science, Biology, Agronomy, Business/ Economics
+ Minimum five+ years of marketing and/or sales experience
+ Previous sales experience and knowledge of the crop protection market are desirable
+ Ability to pass a driving record background check
+ Keep in mind, equivalent amounts of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements
+ Visa sponsorship and International Relocation are NOT available for this position

This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
