Who You Are
You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain Management, Business Process Analyst
What You Will Be Doing
You'll become part of the Lockheed Martin team and bring your expertise as the Supply Chain Business Process Analyst\. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the translating of program and supply chain requirements and directives into executable data trending and reporting methodologies, tools, and deliverables\. Additionally, you will support the creation of specification requirements based upon customer needs as well as set up the programming necessary to provide the end customer the datasets and trending information needed to make business decisions and track progress to established targets\. This may include creating and maintaining multiple databases or develop dynamic websites for user input and collection of data and trends\. You will be involved with synthesizing data and data relationships from Systems, Applications and Processes \(SAP\) and other data sources, and have proven experience with compiling data from those sources into a customer friendly format\. You will be responsible to track project plans and be able to be flexible and balance priorities to support goals and targets while providing the customer answers and data in support of business decisions\.

Basic Qualifications:
• Advanced experience with data analysis
• Experience using Business Objects/Intelligence, SQL \(or back door tables\)
• Experience with Power Queries
• Experience identifying root cause / RCCA, problem areas
• Experience creating executive level presentations to include summary and talking points
• Experience using SAP data constructs, primarily as it applies to Supply Chain Management, secondarily as it applies to Production Operations, Global Sustainment, and Finance
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office including MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, or supply chain from an accredited college or university
• Experience mapping process flows
• An understanding of Supply Chain Management
processes, as well as their integration points to other departments
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize broad and complex information
• Project management skills/experience
• Experience documenting functional specifications \(translating customer requirements\)
• Preferred candidate will possess good business and process acumen and be able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels
• Experience troubleshooting issues and proof\-check solutions and data to assure achievement of customer requirements
• Experience with Information Technology applications, integration, and support; including data manipulation or database applications

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
