Job Summary:
The Sr. Rental Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing strategic rental accounts, developing and implementing rental sales strategies, and achieving rental sales targets. They identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and provide excellent aftersales service to retain customers. The Sr. Representative also conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and provides strategic recommendations to senior management. This role requires extensive experience in rental sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.
Responsibilities: Rental Sales Sr. Rep
Sales and Customer Service
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Conduct sales transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
Product Knowledge
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of products
• Make recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
Administrative Tasks
• Process rental agreements and contracts
• Maintain accurate records of rental inventory and transactions
• Handle payments and refunds
Marketing and Promotion
• Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales
• Participate in marketing events and campaigns
• Identify potential opportunities for sales and marketing initiatives
Training and Development
• Train and mentor new team members
• Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and skills
• Share best practices and provide feedback to improve team performance

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary range:
$63,600.00 - $101,800.00
