Your Impact
The Creative Operations Manager will lead campaign creative development, (including process, project volume assessment, timelines and supporting technology) for all creative assets produced. The role will work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are set up for success by liaising between brand management, media, digital teams, and external agencies to ensure effective creative production, internal and external ad approval, trafficking preparation and delivery of campaign assets for advertising campaigns.
As part of the Lowe’s Marketing organization, the Creative Operations Manager will serve as a subject matter expert for the creative team and the "point of contact" to key stakeholders to receive or coordinate production of creative assets for campaigns. This position also ensures all broader creative campaign and project work stays on time and on budget. This requires the ability to envision a project from multiple frames of reference, to understand how design work is performed, to work well with a broad range of people with diverse backgrounds, and to attend to the many details of a project to ensure it runs smoothly.
What You Will Do
• Work with internal and external partners to ensure that campaigns meet and deliver requirements and expectations
• Manages overall campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure assets are delivered to trafficking according to agreed upon deadlines
• Demonstrate a technology and data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to inform decisions and drive innovation, while serving as a catalyst for organizational change and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and external agencies to build efficient processes that ensure all aspects of campaign planning and setup, management, and creative implementation are successfully delivered – including identifying process and product inefficiencies with creative solutions to improve operational workflow within the “ad journey
• Translates strategy and project intent to creative teams and serves as a communication bridge between requestors and creative/tactical resources
• Works with capacity and portfolio planning to assess and monitor bandwidth and agency resources to ensure viability and feasibility of projects
• Identifies emerging issues or concerns that could impact projects and recommends potential solutions/improvements for current project. Then documents these improvements to prevent repeat of issues in future project execution
• Develops creative solutions from working on a breadth of projects by finding new synergies across projects to increase efficiency, cost effectiveness, and value to the organization
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Business
• 5 Years Progressive experience in campaign management within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment
• 2 Years Managing team of creative producers or project managers
• 2 Years Experience managing production of integrated ad campaigns across video, audio, digital, social and web channels
Preferred Skills/ Experience
• Master's Degree MBA or other marketing related filed
