Job Description
The Major Incident Management Analyst will be responsible for managing and coordinating the resolution of major incidents to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. This role requires a proactive approach to incident management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in NOC operations and a deep understanding of network infrastructure and technologies within the insurance industry.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or additional years of experience
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in incident management, with at least 2 years in a NOC environment.
