    Our Omaha, NE facility is in need of a Machine (Tuber) Operator to join our team. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.     DUTIES:

    + Read and understands the production order.

    + Make and verify all adjustments to the machine to meet required production order.

    + Conduct quality control checks – first piece inspection and teardowns.

    + Consult with supervisor/manager when any quality concerns arise.

    + Work closely with and assist both the shafter and stacker as needed.

    + Train others as needed.

    + Perform preventative care and maintenance of the machine.

    + Fill out all machine reports.

    + Verify that glue and/or staktite pans and reservoirs are ready before start-up.

    + Be at machine at all times when running.

    + Able to delegate shafter/stacker in job duties.

    + Will learn to operate all tubers.

    + Must be ready to work any shift.

    + Work overtime as needed.

    + Will train on shift as needed.

    + Relieve tubing department workers for breaks.

    + Will work in other areas as needed.

    + Must be able to communicate and understand work instructions and training information.

    + Work in other areas as instructed by the Supervisor or Lead Person.

    + Perform outside duties as instructed by the Supervisor or Lead Person.

    + Follow all Plant and Safety Rules.

    + Assist in Training.
