    Job Type: Full-Time

    + Competitive Pay: $22-27/hour, experience dependent.

    Key Qualifications:

    + Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing complex schedules and inventory amidst shifting priorities.

    + Clear Communicator : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Physically Capable : Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

    + Resourceful & Collaborative: A “figure-it-out” mindset and a drive to contribute to a supportive team.

    + Design & Luxury Experience: Bonus for those with a background in installation, warehouse management, or luxury design.

    Day in the life:

    + Installer Support: Assist with installation scheduling, providing physical support during load out and load in and onsite support at local appointments.

    + Operations: Manage and organize incoming luxury window treatments, both virtually and physically, with the objectives of quality, cleanliness, and

    + Shipping: Manage relationships with 3rd parties, coordinating shipping schedules & negotiating shipping rates. Track shipments & resolve any delays or issues with carriers.

    + Showroom Support: Provide coverage in the showroom and/or throughout the order placement process where required.

    + Data Entry/Platform Updates: Keep Salesforce, Smartsheet, and vendor portals current with project status and details.
