Job Description

A growing company is looking for a Remote Business Analyst to join their team!

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather and refine functional requirements, improve business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on aligning IT delivery with business goals, ensuring seamless implementation, and driving measurable value through technology solutions.

The Business Analyst will own requests from business stakeholders, working closely with IT Business Partners. They will act as a liaison between the business and IT, managing requests from prioritization through delivery and ensuring successful adoption. Responsibilities include data analysis, documenting business processes, calculating ROI, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

This is an amazing remote opportunity with the desired Salary of $95,000-$110,000 with full benefits, matching 401k, PTO, and Holiday PTO.

Skills and Requirements

Proficiency in Confluence for project documentation and collaboration.

Proficiency in Jira for task and project management.

Experience using data modeling tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Proven track record of working in an enterprise environment, effectively collaborating across departments.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong background in requirements gathering, including workshops, use cases, and data analysis.

Proven analytical skills for business process analysis, gap analysis, and risk/issue management.

Proficiency in using data analytics tools to calculate ROI and support decision-making.

Knowledge of testing processes and change management support.

Familiarity with IT Business Partnering and managing requests end-to-end through prioritization and delivery.

Experience with stakeholder engagement and building strong communication channels. null
