Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Vendor Escort/Coordinator to join one of our largest Pharmaceutical clients 5x/week onsite in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Facilities Compliance Team which deals with the documentation and certification of technical adjustments made by external vendors brought onsite within the cleanrooms. They will be escorting vendors onsite throughout the cleanrooms, reviewing work instructions and ensuring vendor certification process are running smoothly. In between escorts they will be expected to work on some program-based projects utilizing Microsoft applications within BMRAM. The team is looking for someone with excellent communication and soft skills who is teachable and has a high willingness to learn. They will be working in a highly regulated environment so experience with SOPs and GMPs are necessary, gowning experience is preferred.

Skills and Requirements
- Around 3 years of experience in cleanrooms/pharma environments
- Gowning experience
- Vendor/customer facing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and teams
- Willingness to learn, teachable, enthusiastic
- Excellent soft skills/communications - Project Management background
- Field experience escorting vendors/technical understanding of vendor certification
- Certification experience
