Job Description

One of Insight Globals clients looking to onboard a Kafka Developer to their team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Kafka-based data streaming applications and implementing and managing Kafka clusters, ensuring high availability and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Kafka Streams implementation projects for past companies and serving as an SME for Kafka. This is a 3-month contract with extensions and will be working remotely from India. The contractor is expected to work till 11:00am PT Monday-Friday.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science

5+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer or similar role

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience participating in Kafka streaming implementation projects

Extensive knowledge of Kafka implementations

Proficiency in Java and/or Python Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Excellent communication skills Mulesoft integration experience null
