As a **Sr. Advanced Talent Acquisition Partner** supporting Resideo Headquarters (RHQ), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by recruiting talent across multiple functions—including Accounting/Finance, Legal, Trade Compliance, Human Resources and, at times, Information Technology.
Your ability to identify and attract highly specialized candidates, influence key stakeholders and executives, and strategically align hiring efforts with business goals will directly impact Resideo’s publicly traded corporate functions and overall success. You'll be a trusted advisor, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to engage and inspire exceptional talent.
JOB DUTIES:
+ Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and leaders up to the executive level to understand current and future talent needs across disciplines, translating business objectives into targeted recruitment strategies.
+ Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and niche talent through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and market intelligence.
+ Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process—from initial outreach to offer negotiation—delivering a high-touch experience aligned with Resideo’s values.
+ Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring proactive readiness for anticipated needs.
+ Screen, interview, and assess candidates, aligning technical, functional capabilities and fit with team requirements.
+ Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) throughout the recruitment lifecycle to build a representative and inclusive workforce.
+ Deliver compelling narratives around Resideo’s mission, innovation, culture, and total rewards to prospective candidates.
+ Provide actionable market data and competitive intelligence to hiring managers to influence decision-making and set realistic expectations.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects, driving innovation in our recruitment process.
+ Mentor and collaborate with fellow Talent Acquisition Partners to share hiring best practices and elevate team capability.
+ Engage cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Culture, Recruitment Marketing, TA Operations and with business functions such as New Hire Experience and Total Rewards to drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
+ Communicate and present status updates on high-visibility recruitment efforts to Executive level stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
+ Liaise 3 rd party agency recruitment firms' engagement with internal stakeholders.
YOU MUST HAVE:
+ **8+ years** of experience managing the **end-to-end recruiting lifecycle** (intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation) in a **corporate, agency, and/or RPO setting.**
+ Hands-on experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates, with 3+ years focused specifically on corporate function **disciplines** (such as accounting, finance, SEC reporting, Legal, Internal Audit, ESG, trade compliance, and/or human resources).
+ History of successfully managing 8+ requisitions concurrently, maintaining **stakeholder satisfaction** , and consistently meeting or exceeding KPI goals such as time-to-fill/time-to-offer, hiring manager satisfaction, new hire satisfaction, etc.
+ Availability and commitment to work in a **hybrid schedule** in Charlotte, NC; on-site required Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, and work-from-home on Monday/Friday.
+ 2+ years of experience managing **full lifecycle recruitment using an ATS** (preference for Oracle Recruiting Cloud), ensuring compliance with standardized hiring processes, local laws, and system workflows.
WE VALUE:
+ Experience with **Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)** or similar ATS platforms.
+ Proven experience supporting hiring for **Corporate related functions in a public organization** (e.g., accounting, finance, SEC reporting, Legal, Internal Audit, ESG, trade compliance, or human resources).
+ Proven history of successfully supporting executive-level stakeholders(Officer, SVP, VP, Sr. Director Level) in a recruiting capacity.
+ Experience in **OFCCP** compliant environments.
+ **Global team** collaboration experience.
+ A **creative** and **analytical** approach to recruitment strategy and problem-solving.
