Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Senior Specialist of Workforce Development Programs, you will provide support to maintain and enhance workforce development programs across the organization. You will work specifically within or across various stakeholder groups and provide guidance to the team nationally. You will be responsible for supporting upskilling programs for the enterprise to fill critical talent vacancies and increase talent pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Supports enterprise workforce development program creation and deployment. Works collaboratively with business leaders, the COE Team and leadership.
+ Creates playbooks, guidelines, and communications for enterprise program execution, ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization.
+ Support the Director to conduct research on workforce development trends, technologies, and best practices to inform program development.
+ Evaluates the effectiveness of current workforce development programs and vendors, provides feedback to make program improvements.
+ Report on enterprise program metrics and impact to senior leadership.
+ Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
+ Partners with Director to work with division leadership to create strategies for areas of focus based on business needs.
+ Responsible for supporting Director with vendor or academic partnerships
+ Works with Director to understand and scope where third party services will be required across the enterprise
+ Responsible for managing contracts and invoicing of enterprise programs.
+ Promotes a collaborative team environment.
+ Fosters a culture that inspires commitment to the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
+ Works independently with general supervision and acts as a resource for colleagues
+ Other duties as assigned within the Workforce Development COE
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree is required
+ Master’s Degree is preferred
+ 3+ years of experience in relevant work experience is preferred
+ PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred
+ CAPM (Certified Associate Project Manager) is preferred
