DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will:

+ Support process improvement and documentation efforts by conducting data-driven research

+ Developing and updating work instructions

+ Collaborating on new process design with cross-functional teams

+ Maintaining accurate documentation across internal systems and external stakeholders.

+ Verify technical documentation of service procedures accuracy and build preliminary plans for onsite testing.

Education:

High school or college student currently.

Experience:

Basic to intermediate skills within Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Responsibilities/Activities:

+ -Conduct data-driven research to guide Global Part Return project investigations.

+ -Update/Create work instructions for new or existing processes.

+ -Assist with designing, building, and documenting new processes from the ground up with cross-functional teams.

+ -Update documentation for dealers, distributors, and other data fields within IT systems, as required.
