Information Management Analyst, Data Enablement
What you’ll be doing
We seek an analytical and detail-oriented **Information Management Analyst** to join our **Data Enablement Team** . In this role, you will support the organization's data strategy by ensuring that data is accessible, trusted, and aligned with business needs under the supervision of the Manager of Data Enablement. You’ll work closely with data stewards, business units, and technical teams to operationalize, improve data quality, and promote data literacy across the enterprise. As a development team member, you will translate business needs into dimensions, facts, and product backlog items while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and product implementation.
You will be responsible for…
+ Working with senior team members to analyze multiple enterprise-grade projects focusing on data-driven solutions.
+ Learning subject matter expertise for business, functional, and technical data analysis.
+ Interpret data and analyze results to map data into new data models or to enhance existing data models, collaborate on remediation plans, and track progress.
+ Assisting business and product owners in clarifying their vision to illuminate the key features of the minimally viable product.
+ Collaborating with the team to create testing plans and execute test cases.
+ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complete data sets.
+ Assist in designing and monitoring data quality metrics and rules.
+ Support root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives related to data accuracy and consistency.
+ Develop and maintain data documentation and data source inventories.
+ Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to support data discovery, usability, and compliance.
+ Help standardize data access processes and improve user experience in data platforms.
+ Deliver training and resources that increase data literacy and awareness of governance practices.

What skills & experience do you bring to us
+ Holds a bachelor's or associate's degree in business administration or computer science from an accredited institution or possesses seven years of experience in business data analysis.
+ Knowledge of an Agile Framework (i.e., Scrum, Kanban)
+ Understanding modern data architectures and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, GCP, or AWS).
+ Advanced knowledge of querying data using SQL and BigQuery is required
+ Experience with data enablement initiatives in a complex or regulated environment.
+ Data Modeling experience is required
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Exceptional time management skills
+ A self-starter who can deliver results while working independently
Although hybrid to a local HUB office is desirable, we are open to remote candidates.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
