Responsibilities
The Corporate Compliance Coordinator at Prime will participate and assist in compliance-related functions across all hospitals.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
+ A bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution, preferably in a healthcare-related field
+ Minimum of three years of experience as a hospital Compliance professional or within a Compliance Department or Legal Department performing compliance work
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
+ Knowledge of healthcare regulatory matters including billing and coding, privacy and security, credentialing, and hospital contracting
+ Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and relevant state breach notification requirements
+ An understanding of federal guidance from OIG, DOJ, and CMS on developing and maintaining effective compliance programs
+ Knowledge of laws relating to Medicare, Medicaid, EMTALA, HIPAA, the Stark Law, the False Claims Act, and the Anti-kickback Statute
+ Experience in conducting or responding to government audits and investigations, including working with CMS, OIG, MACs, ZPICs, DOJ, OCR, etc.
+ Experience with working with an organization under a CIA
Preferred qualifications:
+ Certification in Healthcare Compliance, Healthcare Compliance Fellowship, Healthcare Privacy Compliance, Research Compliance, or other relevant training is not mandatory, but preferred

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $95,825.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
