$2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Payable according to company policy)

Rate: $24.00 per hour + Great Benefit Package including Tuition Assistance

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-4:15PM (NO WEEKENDS!)

Day Services Supervisor

Full-Time: Access Network

Are you a compassionate leader with experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities? Join our mission-driven team as aDay Services Supervisorand help adults live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do:

+ Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals across day programs, in-home services, and vocational training.

+ Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with individual needs and agency standards.

+ Assist with living skills, health maintenance, personal care, and behavior support.

+ Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance feedback.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state guidelines.

+ Collaborate with families, care teams, and community partners.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related fieldor5+ years of relevant experience.

+ At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in developmental disabilities or human services.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.

+ Ability to pass background check and physical requirements (lifting, mobility, etc.).
