Amazon Ads seeks an experienced leader to drive the unified global go-to-market strategy for our relationships with Global Agency Holding Companies and Global Advertisers. Reporting to the Global Head of Agency and Accounts, this role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive GTM strategies that accelerate growth across Amazon's advertising portfolio while deepening strategic partnerships with our most valuable global customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Partner with Global Agency and Global Accounts teams to develop tailored engagement strategies that drive adoption of Amazon's full-funnel advertising solutions
• Develop the global vision and GTM strategy for Amazon Ads' engagement with Big 6 agency holding companies and global advertiser relationships
• Lead the development of scaled frameworks to enhance global strategic planning including joint business plan structure and innovative partnership models
• With a customer-first mindset, drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consistent execution of GTM strategies across regions
• Serve as the voice of the customer, aggregating VOC feedback from account owners to influence product roadmaps and technology development
• Partner with regional teams to customize and localize global strategies while maintaining consistency in our approach
• Support the development compelling narratives and enablement programs to support global sales teams
• Identify internal and external reporting needs and data sets, and work with other orgs (e.g., SPEO, Finance) to develop them for global usage
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience building new customer relationships
- Experience working in a sales role
- Experience delivering results and generating transformational growth
- Experience successfully engaging and negotiating at C-Level within agencies and agency groups
- Knowledge of data-driven (i.e. programmatic) media trading
- Prior experience in sales strategy, business development, product management, digital media strategy / GTM at a media company
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 advertisers, agencies, and clients
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
