Employee Enablement & Service Delivery services include talent operations, employee care, service delivery, and workforce administration provided globally to Wells Fargo employees and managers. The US Based Employee Care team is seeking a senior manager to drive our business model for delivering services across the enterprise related to case management, specialty services, quality measures, risk management, and content/knowledge. This role will be responsible for driving execution excellence, ensuring compliance, and optimizing service delivery models in alignment with enterprise-wide HR strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR operations, a passion for continuous improvement, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment. This role will partner with key stakeholders in HR COEs, manager advisory, employee relations, I&P Employee Care, payroll, benefits administration and workforce management.
In this role, you will:
+ Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and direction for global HR specialty services, aligning with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements. Champion enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve employee and manager outcomes.
+ Operational Execution: Oversee the delivery of complex HR services such as survivor support, retiree services, and escalation management. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and risk controls.
+ Global Service Delivery: Manage and scale HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistency while adapting to local regulatory and cultural contexts. Partner with in-country HR and Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless, compliant services.
+ Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of senior professionals and managers. Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous learning. Support succession planning and talent development within the HR operations function.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior HR leaders, business line executives, and global partners to translate business needs into scalable HR solutions. Serve as a strategic advisor on operational feasibility and risk mitigation.
+ Technology & Transformation: Leverage HR technologies and data analytics to drive operational insights and decision-making. Support the implementation of new tools and platforms that enhance the employee and manager experience.
+ Drive content and agent scripting for all of Employee Care topics and development.
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of HR Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated success managing global HR operations in a large, complex organization.
+ Experience in a leadership position within a shared service environment.
+ Experience with ServiceNow and Workday; either implementing or enhancing within a shared services environment.
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
+ Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), case management systems, and service delivery models.
+ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
Job Expectations:
+ Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity from any of the posted locations listed below.
+ Position locations: 550 S 4th St. Minneapolis, MN; 1525 W WT Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC; 4101 Wiseman Blvd, San Antonio, TX
+ Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
+ Ability to travel up 15% of the time.
+ Position will support global work across multiple time zones.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
