    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Delivery Lead - Lead Technology Business Services Consultant responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-related activities and resources in support of business initiatives. This role will support the Identity Management and Access Controls product. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a demonstrated track record of driving high priority programs in a fast-paced environment, exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    In this role, you will:

    + Lead or participate in supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services

    + Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions

    + The role includes managing product assessments, perform product registry record keeping, respond to requests from Cybersecurity Product Operations Team and support the Product Manager with Product Roadmap creation and maintenance

    + Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions

    + Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise

    + Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

    + Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiatives

    + Collaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutions

    + Partner with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor to the organization to implement operating efficiency, gain agreement across the leadership team, and communicate outcomes to various stakeholders

    + Support product management routines by looking for ways to streamline activities and improve meeting effectiveness

    + Escalate material matters to management with an appropriate sense of urgency

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in Cybersecurity delivery support and execution.

    + Prior experience working in a product environment and with Agile methodology.

    + Prior experience with product tools such as Jira and Registry.

    + Proven self-motivated leader comfortable operating in large transformational programs as part of collaborative teams.

    + Ability to quickly adapt in complex environment(s) to facilitate key conversations that drive quality outcomes.

    + Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with senior management, peers, and team members to drive an initiative to completion.

    + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work as a member of a broader team, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

    + Organizational courage and willingness to make tough, informed decisions and thoughtfully share independent perspectives

    + Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to translate ambiguous ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions with a track-record for delivering results.

    + Effective communicator, both orally and in writing, able to ask well-crafted questions and present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, and a good listener who promotes creative thinking and teamwork.

    + This position offers a hybrid work schedule (onsite work is expected in one of the listed locations)
