About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Bankruptcy Processor as part of Consumer Lending. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

+ Monitor complex accounts to ensure they are properly coded, documented, and in compliance with guidelines

+ Identify opportunities to streamline procedural processes

+ Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional and operational tasks relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession

+ Receive guidance from Lead or Management and escalate issues

+ Interact with immediate team, mid-level management, attorneys, debtors and court personnel

Required Qualifications, US:

+ 2+ years of Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy or Customer Service experience in the financial industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

+ Bankruptcy knowledge and experience

+ Preferred eCAR, FDR and Shaw systems experience

+ High attention to detail and accuracy

+ Credit card, retail, PL, EFS business line experience.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Expectations:

+ Work schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST Hybrid schedule. Five days in the office, Five days at home remote.
