About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Commercial Valuations Specialist** to join the team. The role involves reviewing valuation assignments of complex commercial properties throughout the US and Canada to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include preparing complex valuation reports, collaborating with peers and managers and managing internal and external business relationships. The ideal candidate should excel at working independently to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards. Successful candidate will have an active - **Certified General Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Licenses.**
In this role, you will:
+ Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Valuations functional area
+ Contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables
+ Analyze new equipment and equipment under lease to ensure values are accurate and the portfolio is sound
+ Be responsible for both residual valuation and remarketing for various industries
+ Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
+ Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Commercial Valuations team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Commercial Valuations functional area, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with Commercial Valuations peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Lead Commercial Valuations projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Active state certified general appraisal license / certificate
+ Professional commercial valuation designation
+ Experience both as a fee appraiser and a financial institution (or similar) review appraiser
+ Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
+ Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and appraisal-related tools including Argus Enterprise and Parcel/Collateral C360
+ Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
+ Interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of staff and management
Job Expectations:
+ Valid, state-issued driver's license plus access to reliable transportation
+ Availability of reliable internet service
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
+ 100% remote location
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
