Job Summary:
The Dock Coordinator is responsible for preparing carts for shipment to customer locations. Dock Coordinators work collaboratively as a team, with each member assuming specific responsibilities such as verifying that all orders are complete, weighing carts and entering data into the system, and manually loading carts onto delivery trucks.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This position operates as part of a team responsible for performing similar duties. Working alongside one or more team members, a Dock Coordinator may be responsible for some or all the following tasks during a given shift:
• Pushing or pulling loading carts to and from the weighing station
• Checking packing orders
• Weighing carts and entering weight into a computer
• material handling equipment.
• Removing and swapping out carts at the dump station.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
+ Experience in industrial laundry, manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.
+ Familiarity with RFID scanning systems and basic data entry.
+ Ability to accurately complete and manage consignment notes and shipment documentation.
+ Strong attention to detail and organization.
+ Team-oriented with clear communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Open to long hours and working weekends (Sat/Sun).
+ Prior experience working in a plant environment.
+ Prior experience working for Century Linen.
+ Strong teamwork skills- ready and willingness to work closely with team members
