Northrop Grumman is seeking a **MS&T Lab Operations Manager 1** . This position will be located in **Roy, Utah** and will support the **Sentinel program** .

What you'll get to do:

+ Operate the Modeling, Simulation, and Test (MS&T) lab, which is focused on cable harness testing.

+ Execute standard lab operations, including maintaining lab documentation

+ Execute cable harness testing

+ Drive lab technical and process rigor, ensure compliance to meet program, division, company requirements

+ Manage and maintain lab equipment, calibration processes, and configuration control

+ Lead software testing and software configuration management

+ Oversee the lab operations teams

+ Coordinate integration and testing activities working in a dynamic people-focused environment

+ Ensure lab assets and tools are available to meet test requirements for formal testing

+ Ensure and oversee lab access and cybersecurity compliance

+ Continually coordinate lab status and issues and solutions

+ Continually seek to improve lab integration & test engineering rigor and efficiency

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

You** **’** **ll Bring These Qualifications:

+ Associate Degree and 5 years of related experience (an additional 4 years of related experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree)

+ Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need

+ At least 1 year of experience leading a project or cross-functional teams

+ 1 year of experience with electrical/cable harness testing

+ 1 year of experience in lab operations and test planning/execution

• **These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field

+ An active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance

+ Special Access Program (SAP) approved

+ Prior management experience

+ Experience in Test Automation (development and execution)

Salary Range: $101,900.00 - $152,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
