    Camping World is seeking a Technical Agent for our growing team.

     

    Camping World is now hiring Call Center Email Chat and Customer Service Representatives.

    What You'll Do:

    + Receive and respond to specialized product inquiries, memberships and installations via phone, email and chat

    + Provide product knowledge to members/customers by explaining the type of service or product offered. This includes but not limited to Good Sam Club memberships, Camping World, Gander Outdoors, Overton's product, etc

    + Provide exemplary customer service on every customer engagement, including but not limited to: Calls, emails, social media and any other type of communication; paying attention to detail and responding with first class customer service

    + Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation

    + Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members as needed

    + Update membership system, email system and phone support system with required customer information, notating accounts as necessary

    + Cross training may be necessary to perform other duties as needed

    Pay Range:

    $14.00-$16.53 Hourly
