    What´s the role?

     

    As the Senior Director, B2C Sales, you will join a team that drives value through strategy development, partnerships, and product management to grow Liberty B2C function. You will work closely with the VP, B2C Commercial and key senior leaders across Liberty to develop and grow our business.

     

    How can you add value?

     

    + Communicate our mission and work with leadership and cross-company partners for consensus and provide clarity into our priorities.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to identify growth opportunities that drive value for Liberty and its customers.

    + Pursue new business and strategic partnership chances to create and improve customer experience.

    + Strategy; build and communicate a comprehensive growth plans to help the business achieve its revenue goals.

    + Management; lead, develop and encourage a team of growth professionals.

    + Identify significant near and long-term opportunities to drive vertical growth and generate consensus across direct and cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and sales).

    + Partner closely with Product Marketing & Product Management as products evolve through the planning & development lifecycle.

    + Research; analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and analyze our customers to help inform your strategy.

    + Research competitors, partners, business models, markets, and industry trends. Conduct market landscape analyses and reviews of companies of potential interest.

    + Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of growth tactics.

    + Identify and track key performance metrics.

    + Drive data and result driven decision-making and prioritization.

    + Demonstrate and support compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

    + Other functions may be assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Directly supervise and provide mentorship to a group of employees in the Sales Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

     

    What do you need?

    Education and/or Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance. MBA preferred.

     

    10-12 years of proven experience in competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management role.

    Other Qualifications:

    + Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).

    + Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individual to establish partnerships working with senior leaders and across organizational lines.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present sophisticated technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.

    + A strategic mentality and sound reasoning skills to understand the factors influencing strategy such as customers, competition, and the organization’s strengths and weakness.

    + Financial and eye for business and prior budgeting experience with the ability to develop these skills in others.

    + A thorough understanding of product development and the sourcing process.

    + Ability to manage several projects and tasks at a time.

    + Willing to travel.
