    Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.     Responsibilities:

    • Process invoices with precision and ensure proper coding for accurate record-keeping.

    • Conduct regular account reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies.

    • Manage check runs, including preparation and distribution of payments.

    • Enter accounts payable data into relevant systems efficiently and accurately.

    • Handle invoice processing, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

    • Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks to maintain financial records.

    • Collaborate with team members to support month-end and year-end closing activities.

    • Monitor vendor accounts to ensure timely payments and address inquiries.

    • Generate reports and maintain organized documentation for audits and reviews. Requirements

    • Proven experience in accounts payable processes and related financial operations.

    • Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks.

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    • Knowledge of invoice coding and processing procedures.

    • Ability to perform account reconciliations with attention to detail.

    • Solid understanding of check runs and payment distribution.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Effective communication abilities to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
