Description

We are working with a client who is seeing an interim experienced Recruiter to join our team in Roseville, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage the full cycle of recruitment for high-volume hiring needs, ensuring a seamless process from candidate sourcing to onboarding. This position offers hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Coordinate interview schedules for selected candidates, ensuring timely communication and smooth logistics.

• Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.

• Prepare and extend written job offers to selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

• Initiate and oversee background checks and drug tests, monitoring results and collaborating with leadership to finalize hiring decisions.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows.

• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including agency and corporate recruitment methods.

• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to build strong relationships and enhance the recruitment experience.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

• Support specialized recruitment needs, such as medical, technicians and degreed scientist roles, as well as variety of other workforce roles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing full-cycle, high-volume recruitment.

• Experience in both agency and corporate recruitment environments.

• Strong ability to proactively approach recruitment challenges with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment management tools.

• Proven experience conducting background checks and managing pre-employment screening processes.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies to identify top talent.

• Experience recruiting for specialized roles, such as medical or scientific positions is a plus.

• Experience working with ADP Recruiting Management ATS is a plus.
