Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product & Inventory Analyst to join our team in Torrance, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading sports manufacturing company by ensuring accurate product data and supporting inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for organization and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize detailed product information, including item codes, pricing, descriptions, and attributes, within the internal database.

• Record and manage purchase orders, inventory adjustments, and shipment details to ensure accurate tracking.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to prepare for incoming shipments by providing detailed shipment information.

• Regularly update and verify the accuracy of master price lists and product codes.

• Monitor daily inventory levels to identify and address potential shortages or discrepancies.

• Support quarterly inventory counts by reconciling system data with physical inventory records.

• Generate reports and assist with data analysis to meet operational needs.

• Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in product management, inventory control, or administrative roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems.

• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues diplomatically.

• Experience with tools such as Epic Software, ERP solutions, and IBM AS/400 is a plus.
